I started the journey of personal training over 10 years ago from when I used to live in South Africa-Cape Town and studied B-Pharmacy and Health sciences-Fitness in university of the western cape. I’ve been introduced to some champion body builders and high level experienced fitness coaches to work with and I gained first hand experience as a coaching client. It’s been amazing Fittness experiences while I was working with them in the same sport club. I am continually attend courses and seminars, reads books and pays for mentorship programs with other highly respected coaches in the industry to further my education and also in progress to getting my master degree. Yes, all service packages are renewed for the original price and term specified at the time of purchase. Renewals can be canceled by contacting SMAP Client Support 30 days before renewal.
All sales are final. However, you can transfer your sessions to other friends and family members or request an extension to use your sessions later.
If you need to cancel a session with your Pro, please give the Pro 24 hour notice or it will be considered a late cancellation and will be deducted from your sessions. This compensates the Pro for lost time.

To add an additional dog to a 30 min or 1 hr walking session it is an additional $5. Please take note:
- For the safety of our Pros and your pets, we request that they walk only up to two animals at once.
- Two pets can be coordinated for walk/exercise on a 30 min or 1 hr session for an additional $5.
- An additional dog after 2 requires the purchase/use of an additional 30 min or 1 hr session.
- Pets can be walked/exercised simultaneously or time can be split between pets (ie 1 hour walk session can be split into two 30 min walks with two pets).
All of our pet care service Pros come engaged and ready to facilitate your pet care needs. This includes:
- Walk/exercise along a specified route
- Exercise the Dog within a confined (fenced) area
- Feeding and refilling water
- Reinforce any owner specified behaviors
- General indoor/outdoor stimulation
Please provide specific instructions for any activities you would like the pet-care Pro to facilitate other than or in addition to walking.
To ensure the best experience we ask that our Pros get the opportunity to meet with the pet with the owner present, for the first session. This will ensure a smooth transition when the owner is then absent.
When your first session has been coordinated, we ask the pet owners to specify an arrival and exit routine for the pet-care Pro. This includes:
- Choosing a secure location for the key/lock box and sharing that location directly with the Pro.
- Specifying a check-in and check-out process (ie text message or ring/doorbell camera).
- A system for sharing any specific and secure information with the Pro. SMAP recommends in-person, or in app specifications directly to the Pro.
Yes, pet-care Pros are permitted to feed your dog. Please communicate any specific instructions for feeding your pet directly to the Pros.
For the best fit and comfort of your pet, our Pros DO NOT bring any walking supplies (bags, leashes, harnesses). Our Pros will use the tools regularly employed by the owner for their pet.
Our Pros also do not come with treats or food. Because many pets have sensitivities to certain food types, it is best for our pet-care Pros to use the food and treats the owner has on-hand.
No, our pet-care Pros are not authorized to take the owners’ pets anywhere in their vehicles. Any specific places you may wish to have your pet taken to must be within walking distance of where the Pro will be scheduled to fulfill the walking service.
No. it is important to note that the walking service does not include any pet-training and that our walkers are not trainers. Training is a separate service and must be specified as an additional package.
